Hey guys, I was told by a TM during my SL training that those scheduled to do Sunday morning ad set up, that each TM gets paid a $1 more per hour? I completely forgot to ask my TL and ETL this morning.

For me I was able to add the Target discount online. After going to my discounts website go to services then click on wireless..a bunch of links for different carriers will show up and what type of discount, just click on the one that says AT&T then a new web page will pop up taking you to AT&T...

Thanks for the heads up! I got it fixed :laugh4: Yeah at our store we have someone stay in the fitting room and count the guests and answer phones. I guess I'm just nervous that I'm gonna mess somewhere in between lol...but it's all a learning experience!

Hey guys! So I checked the schedule and apparently i'm scheduled for fitting rooms all week. I was shown the "gist" of fitting rooms, but haven't had a chance to actually work the fitting room...I was just wondering what are the key points in working the fitting, like multitasking with guests...

I'm with ATT, and in order to get the discount would I have to walk into the ATT store? Or could I chat with one of their reps online and request for a discount then? I tried looking for the mobile discount on ehr but I couldn't find it. Thanks!
