Thanks. Done and done. 3.5% raise. An E, I'm guessing. I understand why the HR was so mad that my TL hadn't gotten the reviews out yet: its already on the eHR site, lol.
Still waiting. Every other department in the store has gotten theres. Except those under my TL. Oh, he's made them. They're done.
But the only two people I know of to get them either: threatened not to take the Great Team Survey until they got their review, or pestered the TL until they got it.
I was going to say you sound like my team lead, just as eloquent, reserved and thoughtful, but considering he's a few hundred miles at sea getting Cinco de Mayo'd, I find that doubtful.
And normally I'd assume you're having a bad day or you're a TL with a Napoleon complex that thinks every...
My TL decided to go on a cruise this week so he won't be able to give reviews. Regardless of how unprofessional that is...he arranged a HL TL to give the reviews for him. Unfortunately...no one can find them.
Th HR never got them emailed to her and there are no hard copies.
They're due...
Ive been slowly putting up GTC's on the bulletin board in BR for the past 3 months (up to about 14 by now) so they can't use that as excuse on mine. And if they DO, I'll have something to point at and tell them its BS.
So...something happened recently at my store concerning this, but I'd rather not recall the story here...yet.
Does anyone else have any stories a about fellow TM's/TL's stealing hours?
If I know a CAF is going to take me to a steel location, I open up that batch, scroll through to the steel locations, pull those and then head to light duty. That way I don't have to walk back and forh across the strockroom several times.
We've been up, like 7% on sales for the year so far. Those nice quiet times in the first quarter disappeared. Which is annoying because we switched to 4AM backroom but we're moving more merch than we were last year when we had overnght. AND because sales are so high, we're probably just going to...
Target's version of undercover means "wearing a ballcap". Doesn't matter what else they're wearing, but always a ballcap.
If you ever see anyone suspicious-looking, moving around the store randomly and wearing a ballcap, its one of three things:
1. A shoplifter.
2. And undercover AP...
We have two receiving people. One gets 40 hours, the other is semi-retired and works about 21-26 or so hours per week. One of our backroom guys also does receiving (usually to do the sweep on Thursdays).
If only because the roads around Orlando are so convoluted and circuitous and instead of actual names, the road signs all have numbers like 408, 417, 436, 522, 551, 434, etc, etc.
Ok, got a bit more info...
I did some research on workbench and found last year's list of stores approved for overnight logistics. According to that list a store's "E-sales" must be $43.6 million+ in order to have an overnight logistics process. UNLESS those stores are exempt because...
