I hope they don't kill RF apps. I love NOP and it was what I use a lot since I can remember the PDTs. Item search sucks because the lettering is tiny and it locks up and freezes most of the time.

The standalone app is slow, but not terrible. You will have to pause between scans now which does put you behind. After a few day it was second nature.

Any vac request put in Max will not show up in my time. My EHRs had to scramble and print out any time request off and vac. Same way as Max according to my EHR.

I remember pushing a truck in 4 hours. Now at my new store we get 6 1/2 or 7 hours (6am-1:00pm) to push a truck. My team is small about 15 tm including our log etl who helps like a regular flow tm.

OK second day went by pretty sweet. As for BRTM helping is a joke! Ours ended up pulling 6 am auto fill and never once helped on the truck or floor. Complained about if everything we brought back is true backstock and everytime they saw flow they would nag if we have any backstock ready ha. But...

Not a test, push all is the new process for unloading trucks. Thank goodness we only get 3 trucks a week.

I been in flow for awhile and I can tell you that its not about speed, more about being consistent. Best tip I can give you is always work the same spot on the line and push the same aisle or section every truck day until you can familiarize yourself with the box, product shelf label etc. Start...

We also are phasing out repacks and using every vehicle we have (tubs,flats and carts) to put bs on. Everything is changing pretty fast.

My gripe is more workload for certain team members because most of the time other flow members are running out the door abandoning the truck and the team.

I don't want to think bts, it means black Friday is not too far off.

Any other stores doing a push all truck for flow? We just started on Monday to push all and I feel like this idea blows bananas.
