So... my STL gave out an ETL's personal phone number... on channel 1 of the walkie. I can't even begin to understand how someone could be so dumb as to give out something like that, let alone the STL. I already emailed the Integrity hotline about it, since my store doesn't have an ETL HR at...
My store tries to keep etls and srtls separate from tms as much as they can. We've got some cliques among the regular tls but everyone higher than them pretty much stay out of it.
Never seen any upper management give rides home or that sort of thing either, usually falls to another tm.
... is this a Target wide thing? I've been with spot for 2 years and never heard of this. We have TMs regularly work over 8 hours at my store if we have hours to spare and they want them.
When I was a cart attendant usually around 25-30k, with the most being 42k once when I had to open-close (10am-11pm o_O).
But now that I'm a GSA it's around 5-15k depending on how much standing around I have to do...
I'm at a high volume Super Target and I can't remember the last time we got more than 10 RedCards in a day, let alone 20...
That being said our current ETL GE only cares about surveys and Bullseye's Playground.
If your AP and TLs don't really pay attention to what team members are up to you can probably just sit in your car until someone calls you to do something. I did that pretty often when I used to be a cart attendant.
Just make sure stuff is sort of done, at least done enough that people won't...
