The vaccine isn’t 100%. You still can catch and therefore spread the virus, even fully vaccinated. Less likely, but it can still happen. I’m fully vaccinated and choose not to wear a mask unless mandated. I know I could still get it, but if I do, hopefully it will be a much less severe case...

If you are being verbally attacked, document it and go to your TL/ETL. If this person is just being bossy, ignore it, do your job, try to stay away from them as much as you can, and let higher ups deal with it.
