At my store, a lot of seasonals are the ones who lost a whole bunch of hours, but I'm cross-trained and am getting hours from both workcenters...so that helps I guess.

Yesterday while I was working, I tried so hard so that we didn't need as many back ups. My GSTL was talking to a bunch of other TL friends somewhere in the store, so I relied on myself, and my Additional Assistance button to get me through my shift. Even though it was hell, I got through it.

You don't have to get a perfect score all the time, generally the rule of thumb, at least at my store anyways is just to try to stay above 80% G. If you do this, you will have no problems. Goodluck! :)

LOL I feel the same way when Guests come with a huge stack of coupons as a Cashier. It instantly sets off an alarm and I spread them all out and make sure they can all be used together. You could say that I'm pretty much an expert for finding scammers. ;)
