I used to adjust counts all the time for when it was overstocked (looked like crap). It would keep the product from being pulled in 1 4 1 until product was actually below SFQ. Awesome tool to have because there will always be people who overstock to reduce the amount they have to backstock. -

If you could restructure the target process...
It would be nice if each store could set the path for audit and sfs...instead of going all the way through to a49 and then send us back to a53 which is the wall near A10. Yes yes yes. How many times does it need to be said....you don't have to work at Target if you don't feel safe. I too am grateful I can still work when so many others have to file for unemployment. Is it perfect working conditions? No but it is best it can be under these conditions. STOP COMPLAINING
