i Hope my store does no case packs...faster to stock

Omg lol we have this one team member that still calls out hardlines do you copy lmfao! Or the classic LOD do you copy lmfao my etls stopped saying we don’t have Lods but how can we help they just respond.

It sucks the phones now are on the devices. I wish it was the old way and it was sooo much better. No one logs on except like 2 people and some people never pick up calls or pick up transfer calls

Yup you got lucky..when I 1st started same thing happened to me but then they also start asking you to leave early for hr cuts but yes they get cut 1st week of Jan and horribly in feb

yes hours drop heavily durning January and then pick back up like February I think you might still work weekends though but like more days off during the week

Yes you can take off on a Saturday or a Sunday just request it before the hours are made so they can approve it in advance

You know we’re going down the hill too...especially flex team and guest service. You know it’s bad when all your etls and team leads have to help pick for flex orders and then help out guest service because they are swamped with orders and returns!

LOL it’s even in the target commercial! Me too I hear it like at least 5 times in the 8 hours I’m there it’s super annoying it’s over played! Also is it part of the play list cause our play list plays some different tracks but that song happens to pop up. Do you know who controls the play list...

So say a guest brings in a red cup from a previous year because we didn’t have red cups for the 50 cent discount when you use it are you able to use previous years red cups or only this years?

Agreed that’s me basically! I never request days off that’s why I was shocked when I dropped to 2 days off a week to 3 days off and then I don’t mind coming in days off it’s like my regular long weeks I get.

Wow kinda happening at my store..:I don’t mind picking up shifts on my days off when I’m not getting my hours .....yes I agree a lot of people always complain and decline the hours Their problem....plus the past years I’ve worked holidays and I love it! I never call out!
