Yes, your corrective action is warranted. I've placed quite a few team members on CCA for NCNS. No Call, No Shows are a big deal and fall under unacceptable conduct, it probably took a while before they gave it to you because HR has to approve it.

I can't figure why anyone would want to spend their break in Target Cafe, it is a miserable place. At least the breakroom is quiet and guest free. Also why are the ETLs having meetings in there, some of the stuff they discuss is confidential. Ours always meet in the conference room.

The OP probably got coached for coming into work hungover. Their TL or ETL probably told them they need to go to bed earlier. Just my guess.
