Damn, are small formats not part of the exception? My store has five SCOs, three myCheckouts/linebusters, and 2 registers. They basically designed the whole store around being mostly SCO-centered, so this will just not work. If anything, Target will regret designing my store how they did because...

I'm at the point now where things aren't severe enough at my store to warrant banning minors without adult supervision, but I wouldn't be upset if the rule got put in place. Half of the problems at my store are caused by groups of rowdy kids, the other half would be panhandlers bothering guests...
