lol that's awesome. I mean, they were totally in the right for firing you, but that jerk off had it coming. A little off-topic, but why are Best Buy managers such assholes?

Archived TM getting so much praise for nothing imo

Locking them up was a good idea, btw, depending where they are locked up at. If it's on an endcap and not in the home location, there should be a sign or something notifying the guest where the bottles are. If not, the guest might buy something cheaper.

People don't steal the wine to get drunk. They steal it to resale/barter. There's a reason why the same bottles keep getting stolen. You mean the same vendors that have six or seven endcaps in the store, four of which are permanent? They'll get over it. \

Archived looking like an idiot because your LOD changes Target rules

From a business standpoint, it's not a bad idea to give them some kind of discount if they're purchasing over $1000 worth of stuff, depending on the products/situation. They will remember that and increase the chance of them returning to buy more products. Now if they ask for a percentage off...

Archived Market Teams: Is it OK to eat QMOS?

http://www.bangersandnash.com/hey-fool/not-on-my-watch-the-mark-wahlberg-meme/ Joking aside, I think some situations it's ok. I would be opposed to a TM taking cereal dated 5 months out and putting it into the break room to eat. However, if they want to take a few jugs of OJ that was just...

    Archived Dairy/Frozen tips, Locating Eggs?

This isn't really helping, but I feel like locating eggs is being counterproductive when you have a TL in Dairy. That's about as bad as locating fresh meat/produce. Waste of time.

Archived I thought you guys were just exaggerating about these straight out of college ETL's.

lol I actually made fun of that guy in the old forum for whining about it. While it's an entertaining read, IIRC, through a series of responses on the old forum, it seems like one of his problems was that he wasn't and never became prepared to do the manual work of a low volume store ETL. I...
