Nah it won't. During my 90 days, i used to not pick up and just let it go to voicemail because they were usually cashier shifts and i hated them. As long as you don't do ncns or come in late a lot etc, ull be okay.

Another question. If you are flagged as non-rehirable, when you put target as a reference will they tell the prospective employer that you are non-rehirable? Apparently calling out once during your last two weeks puts u on the system as such.

I'm so grateful for this forum, I was just told to use locu when i came accross an item that i couldnt find in my pulls (never Move because it hurts our score) and shown how to do it once.
