Archived Brand TM

I'm currently in Softlines (have been for 10 months) and I was told by someone that my TL is trying to find out if she can make me a brand TM for some reason bht she hasn't asked me or anything. Question, don't people usually apply for this position? I would rather stay as softlines tbh, even if becoming brand means a raise of .35 cents.

You can be a softlines brand TM. The raise is only twenty five cents though and generally entails doing a lot of adjancies at my store but you probably already do that.

The TL was probably trying to find out if they can offer it at all before asking you. It would be kind of demotivating to ask you if you wanted to be a brand TM and then have to take it back after.
