We have 3 Sr.TL in the store, out of 35-40 TLs. Two are on the salesfloor , and when it comes to the team alignment and departments they own, they have less, because they do 3 out of 5 days as LODs. They don't attend ETL meetings.

At my store Plano and Price Change TLs never work on weekends. Plano TL works 4 days a week with 10 hour shifts from Sunday night to Wednesday night, and Pricing TL and Signing TMs Monday to Friday. Other TLs and ETLs work one weekend opening, one free, then weekend closing, and during the week...

I work at ghetto Target! Hoodies, hats, underwear, pants with million pockets, all shade of 'red' colour, I see every day, and not just from regular TMs. It depends from store to store. :buba: I'm going to say that 90% of ETLs are brand, 2/3 from TLs, 1/3 from TMs.

No, AP TL is just for AP stuff, not salesfloor. The interview process is harder for AP, then other TL in the store.
