I got the same exact thing to be honest. The thing is they already have who they want in mind for any openings so you’ll want to kiss up to the ETLs and have them know who you are so when another opening comes around they say they want you as their TL.

Well, there was a sign-up sheet where overnight ETLs talk to you in private on how to take the next step to being a TL and what to expect. Basically an information session and to gauge where you are in your development.

So I will be having a development session with two ETLs this week in being a TL in the future and any tips/advice/questions to ask or what to expect would be super appreciated. I definitely want to move up as I believe I can offer more than just pushing and backstocking.
