Just came down through corporate that instocks no longer researches. What you can do is pick a tm who you trust, train them to do pulls, and drop pog fills or drop manuals in infant Hardlines. Make sure it has a good zone. Then you can go through and zero what you don't have. I've been doing...

I've been instocks for over two years, pulling and pushing the entire time... I know my boundaries by now haha. I've worked a lot with ilrs and know what I can and can't handle. I'm not like some tl's who just dump it all on the backroom. That's always made me mad.

I helped out another store last month with a remodel and there fixture room was kept clear at all time, it made resetting so much easier.

Either the pog tl's in my district hated their jobs or they sucked at it, because half the stores in my district are hiring for Plano, and have been for the past two weeks if not longer.

All our vmtl does is help out softlines... I was told she was supposed to help instocks with ptms.. She "helped" me once by telling me where she wants everything to go then went back to folding tables in softlines. The most she ever does is change the mannequins when needed. She's an overpaid...

Swearing at your stl and having a fit is a good way to not ever get promoted at that store. Just have to stay level headed, and hope for the best at this point. Wait out your corrective, then try and transfer out.

Yeah I was told the one leaving was a srtl. But I didn't know if it had to carry over for the new hire.

So someone told me that if you hold this position, and you're a key carrier that it has to be considered a srtl position. Is this true?
