    Archived Is that time

Usually 6% is the max. Unless something changed this year? I’d be surprised to see it go up and not down tbh.

    Archived Pcard for new ETL’s?

There really isn’t a need for a Pcard unless you’re an STL, ETL HR, or PMT, and they definitely are not required. Store team uses them for recognition events, supplies, etc, and PMTs use them for tools or materials not available on SAP. Outside of that, you’d never need it. Don’t even bother.

    Archived Relocation Assistance?

Nope, my rate stayed the same. I asked about relocation assistance too and was given a resounding nope. The only way one could swing that is if the company asks you to relocate, and I’ve never heard of an hourly team member/leader getting that kind of offer.

    Archived Team Leader Pilot Transfer?

This sounds like a policy made up by your HR. If you don’t get any traction from them or your STL, speak to DTL or HRBP.

    Archived NKG Needs Help

Are you looking outside of your current Region, Group, or District? How confident are you that your store backs you 100%? Talent is always discussed at district meetings, your name should be floating around to every other store in the district. Never throw anyone under the bus in any of your...

    Archived TL looking to transfer

They’re essentially putting their names and reputation on you. Problem people don’t get moved around, they get performanced out. Would you back every team member for a transfer or promotion? If you have no documented issues, you should have no problem getting their support. Transferring...

    Archived TL looking to transfer

You don’t have to transfer into the same TL position. If your HR and/or STL don’t back you, you’re out of luck. The process could be quick, it could take a while, depends how open you are to taking a different position. As far as pay goes, it shouldn’t go down unless you’re a senior and take a...

    Archived District Business Partners

There was a Food Business Partner position a few years ago but the position was cut. I don’t think a BP makes sense for positions outside of AP or PM. Those 2 specialties have a different reporting structure all the way back to HQ. Everyone else pretty much answers to the STL, DTL, and above.

Archived TLs! How much do you make an hour and how many hours do you average per week?

There is a cap for each paygrade, and it could be location dependant as well. They vary, one of our fine HR folks may know more.

Archived TLs! How much do you make an hour and how many hours do you average per week?

I was under the impression that once ‘capped’, you can still get a raise but only if you achieve the highest rating on your review?

Archived TLs! How much do you make an hour and how many hours do you average per week?

A former PMT I knew was making $28 an hour. I’m not quite there, but I’m comfortable enough.
