    Archived night and keyholder pay?

I doubt you ever see an ETL as the first person into the building. At my store the key carriers always come in ~30 minutes before anyone else and do the perimeter check drive around each day. If you're at an overnight store that never leaves the store unattended then the perimeter check is a...

    Archived night and keyholder pay?

If you are already a Senior TL your key should already be rolled into your pay so I doubt you'd get extra, if you were a regular TL being given a key it would be an increase of $1/hr. As HLM said shift differential varies from store to store, even within the same district at times.

Archived Is the another link that we can use to access ehr from home instead of using the kiosk at work?

You can't access the MyTime self service functions from outside of the store. So you can only request time off, or vacation pay from the store.

Archived Question about Stepping Down/Pay Cut

It really depends on what workcenter you demote to, more likely than not pay cut will be $2-3/hour plus differential and then the lower hours from not being a TL and of course TM get 1 week less vacation per year than TL.

Looks like that list is out of date by quite a bit, it is from before the specialist demotions. I.e. Sales Floor Spec E&E listed at PG9, now for the same job new title it's PG7.

Archived It's official: no HMOs or PPOs next year

Just as an fyi even though you don't like the HRA/HSA plans doesn't mean that everyone else has it better. My father works as a manager for a national defense contractor and he was jealous of how cheap the HSA plan / prescriptions were compared to his required health plan, he doesn't even have...

Archived Dont "win" a prize from Spot

I'm really wondering if the paycheck was read correctly. Anytime you get a gift/prize that has monetary value you are still required to pay taxes on it. Generally the *prz line on your check will include both the value of the item plus the amount of taxes. For example when I received a $50...

I'm 90% sure that it is paid time and a half and always has been.

    Archived target pay schedule question

As of ~7 years ago when they did away with weekly paychecks, half the stores are on one rotation, the other half get it opposite week. So without knowing your area it is impossible to say.

    Archived Paygrade Info

When I was PG 13 before being officially a TL, I did not get the extra vacation rate or holidays until I was officially promoted to a TL.

Archived Denied antiquate raise for refusing team trainer promotion?

An EX review is a 4.5% raise, however since you are prorated at only 6 months you get 6/12s of the full raise or 2.3%. At least that's the way I understand it.

Archived This years review, when is it?

In my many years at Target they have always waited to get the merit sheets back before handing out the reviews.

Archived How does my review play out this year with a promotion?

I have never gotten a raise pro-rated due to a recent promotion. It should be a raise based on whatever your wage is at the time of review.

Archived Raises based of department cross training

It completely varies based on the store, I once transferred to a store less than 5 miles away and got $.50 more shift diff.

    Archived 2011 Annual Review Percents

"O" was either 5.5% or 6% last year for non-capped TM. I'm pretty sure it was 6% though. No idea on PG7, but for PG9 the cap is $11.50.

    Archived 2011 Annual Review Percents

Yep once you hit the pay cap, you can only receive "merit" increases that are much smaller than a normal raise. An "O" review merit increase last year was only a 3% raise.

    Archived stepdown from gsa

I would say it's not worth it if you are already getting full time hours, no guarantee that will continue though. That's the biggest perk of GSA at my store, you're a LOT more likely to get hours over just a regular cashier.

    Store Paygrades

That's when you get on the walkie: "LOD" wait for response, "LOD we are 1+4 on every register and I think I just saw the DTL" ETLs will have afterburners on at that point. Of course you can always use the "LOD you're needed on the front lanes, we need backup and apparently no one else is...

I know Signing Team member and Receiving are both still PG 9, and as others stated going from PG9 to PG13 is a $2 raise.

    Archived Shift Differential

It's due to store location and what local competitors are offering. I moved from one store to another less than 5 miles away, and shift differential went from $.50 to $1.00 at the new store.
