Come on all you ETL's and TL's, hook us up with the percents for this year. In a competition with my ETL-HR to see if he gets them before I get them from here.

they're already posted under workbench. look up ae2012, and for some reason, the merit stuff comes up.

I just looked and the merit resources are locked to stl And etl-hr. any one have an idea on the percentage for TL raises?

corporate america keeps this information under lock and key and very much confidential. Usually you are provided what the different ratings are (excellent, outstanding, meets expectations, etc) and with each "grade" you have a certain percentage you can be given. You could guess and say if you get an F you'll get 0, D maybe 1%, C about 2%, B let's say 3 % and A probably 4% maybe a little more. Again, this is a complete generalization that can vary for so many reasons, years of serviced, pay grade, location, job title, store performance, department budget, you're talking alot of variables, but this would probably be a pretty good estimate/guess. Hope this helps in some way

Unless you're capped, which many of us were when the specialists were eliminated. At that point, you have to have an Ex or above to get any kind of raise.

This is one of the topics that also frustrates me, why is it that they even have a "cap" on a salary ESPECIALLY people who make 10$ an hour! It's absolutely INHUMAN! Once you get capped, I think the only option is to wait for when they raise the cap or else promote. I wasn't aware that even if you performed really well you could get a raise once you hit the max?

Yep once you hit the pay cap, you can only receive "merit" increases that are much smaller than a normal raise.

An "O" review merit increase last year was only a 3% raise.

I don't think you can get much higher than 3% raise even if you get an "O", hopefully people will start using Benefits.Feedback@target.com as well as when they fill out the Best Team Surveys to hope for better raises, especially for the hourly employees!

"O" was either 5.5% or 6% last year for non-capped TM. I'm pretty sure it was 6% though.

what is the cap for PG7? (roughly)

No idea on PG7, but for PG9 the cap is $11.50.

What information are you wanting to get? What the raise percentages are going to be? That may not have been released or made available at this early stage.

Anyone have an update yet. EX was like a 3% last year. O was a 6%. Anyone seen the locked merit resource stuff?

my hope is that my raise just might cover the rise in price of gas. Naw, it won't be that much. I couldn't get that lucky

I believe one of the posters provided the percentages, but several posts seem to be missing. Yes, we all sure hope to get enough to cover the gas increases!

Anyone know what the annual raise for Tls is? Can you negotiate it or is it just like the tm reviews?

Am I correct in understanding that your % is also tied in to how well your store is doing?
So even if you get great marks all the way down, if your store is underperforming then your raise is going to be less.

Actually, etl's and above's bonus is based on their store's performance, not their annual review

The Annual Review for TL's is very similar to that of TM's as it pertains to how it is done and what the scores and percentage increases look like.
