redwire

I am a receiver and use redwire regularly for Mirs and recalls. I know that on workbench it stated that messages that were normally relayed on redwire will go to myalerts and email. I have yet to receive any emails and don't have regular access to myalerts since its an application on the zebra...

I haven't been shown much of anything to do with Workbench, Redwire, myTime, etc. beyond the basic "here's how you print the break schedule for the day, here's how to find best practices for coupons..." and such. I've tried to find some things myself, but haven't been able to really find...
