After about 8 months of struggling with the ETL's and the non existent TL i've thrown in my spot towel. TBR helped me along my way to get by in market thank you @qmosqueen, as well as my trainer has done a fantastic job keeping my motivation up through the rough times. Spot has been a very big learning experience and I will take this to my next job. I will keep this thread updated and let you know where I am going after I start orientation there .
