If you have a current CA or final, your transfer may be denied. But things happen, and it's really up to the STL and ETL-HR at your store and the store to which you wish to transfer.

It's not whether another store will take you. You should be worried about whether or not your store will support you and make calls to get you a transfer.
If your attendance is a problem, no Stl will risk the embarrassment and ridicule from another Stl for giving them a problem. The Stl has a reputation to uphold.
