What do some of the time codes mean?

WPS- I know this one, work past schedule
Outearly- kinda obvious too

But what about WNS?

WNS = Work Not Scheduled
ABS = Absent
ABS_NCNS = No Call/No Show
ABS_CONFIRMED = Callout
LTBRK = Late Break past compliance time
OUT_EARLY = Self explanatory
LATE = Again, self-explanatory

I know there are more, but these are what I know.

Keep in mind that HR is scored on WPS...don't work past scheduled unless you're actually giving that clearance to do so. If you are, LODs need to communicate to HR that this is happening so we can edit the schedule accordingly.

Backroom, Flow, and myself "WPS" everyday, and the ETL-LOG doesn't always communicate that to HR.

We fudge the WPS metric constantly by changing the end work times.
