About pay raises and CAs colliding?

So, I am currently a guest service team member and have been for a few years now. I’m crossed trained in almost every department and the most self sufficient team member for guest service… allegedly.

But as the question says, I currently have a CA on my record for attendance. We recently got our pay raises and I was already expecting the 10 cent raise that was coming with having a CA. During my review my team leader who gave it to me was praising me, they did mention attendance and how it “heavily” effects the result of the pay raise but here comes the tricky part.

Another team member came to me to talk and brought up the pay raise and told me that he had gotten up to almost a 60 cent raise, I said wow and continued to help the guests I was with until they had mentioned that they were on 2 CAs at work and somehow got more than me? I didn’t mention how much I got but now I’m left wondering if I should bring it up to the leader that gave me a review or maybe an ETL? Or call district HR and ask for clarification as to why my raise was so low compared to another team member who isn’t as reliable. No hate to that team member but I’m just more confused and left wondering how did someone with 2 corrective actions get more than someone with 1 ca and high praise from team leaders?

What should I do? Should I try to talk to someone to figure out why exactly I got such a low raise? Or should I just accept the policy and move on until I find something better… with how hard the job market currently is…

Update: another team member just informed me that they also have a CA on their record and still managed to get a raise of 60 cents. I know it’s just cents but at the end of the day, how is that fair to give me .10 cent raise while praising and playing in my face about how I am a good guest service member but give other members more who have more CAs or the same as me? They told me CAs heavily affect pay raises, so why was I the only one affected by it? Who should I bring this up to if i want to know more?
