Does Base pay bump for TMs mean a pay increase for TLs?

My stores TM base pay just went up $1 but haven’t received any communication about TL pay

You can check your store's pay rates in Workday by typing in the store number in search. I forget where it is, but somewhere in there it has the pay raises. If you make more than that, you get a, usually 2%, bump.

Sometimes they do it at the same time, but not always. TLs at my store got a raise about 6 to 8 months before TMs did earlier this year.
