Im just curious how everyone is preparing and handling the inventory change for the pharmacy, Im really excited.

I supported my district and a neighboring district's store for TIMBERx by coming in and being a backup tech/cashier while the "primary" tech did the conversion.

Finished both stores under the allotted payroll hours. As long as you have two good techs working during the 2-4 days during the transition, you'll be fine!
