What does the dayside ETL-Replenishment do? Oversee CAFs and instocks?

1 ETL-GE who also does stuff with the sales floor as well (that department has their own SrTL tho)
1 ETL-LOG
1 ETL-HR
1 ETL for plano, signing, and pricing

I think the only ETL in my store who doesn't get involved with drama is the ETL-HR. Although she does do other things like help with freight and sales planners, she's not forced to constantly interact with other team leads (like logistics and presentation usually are, or logistics and backroom) so it may just be easier for her to stay out of it

Yup! I forgot to list our ETL-HR. We have two but now the other is leaving to another store. So we had 13 ETLs.

During my time, two of the ETL's were in competition with each other to become STL.

This isn't necessarily a bad thing. ETLs in this position might actually, you know, do things.
