To apply to be a GSA currently I'm a cashier, would I just apply at target.com?

You must apply via the eHR computer. There should be a "My Job Opportunities" option, and that will take you to a list of open positions. GSA can only be applied for internally; it will not show up on careers.target.com.

You need to be over 90 days with spot.

Alternatively express interest to GSTL/ETL-GE/ETL-HR if there isn't an opening showing up on eHR. My store never formally posted an opening before our last two GSA's.

One before me applied for Electronics, was made GSA instead. I vocally expressed interest, was changed without ever formally applying or interviewing.

Check EHR and go to career opportunities, as long as you are past 90 days and are not on a final warning you should be able to interview for the position. Good luck!

Let me go ahead and give you the best advice you'll ever hear in regards to the GSA position: don't do it.

Apply on ehR and let your lead GSTL and ETL know that you have interest.
