There are three Spots in my vicinity. We are all PFresh and two of us are 11pm stores. Out of the three, we are the highest volume but we have the worst looking softlines pads. When I go to our neighbor stores I see evenly distributed racks properly set to the VA. I see basics walls zoned and not full of holes.

My instocks team definitely comes through and researches and substitutes, but when it comes time to scan out the ad on Saturday night I quickly find out that the shelf tags were either never printed or possibly just never put out. I will find signs that our signing specialist left for the Brand team to put up sitting in the fitting room closet for weeks/months after an adjacency was set. Our racks are often jammed full to the point where it is unshoppable.

Am I just holding my team to a higher standard that they don't see or is it something else?

It is to check on the signing score under my performance. It will give you details on opps for signs, users who scanned signs, etc.

Sounds to me like your store's standards are too low. But this time of year when payroll sucks, it can be difficult to keep up with the Joneses.
