Assistant Store Manager Position?

Hey everyone, so my girlfriend is looking at applying to some ETL positions, and she found one that’s called “ETL- Assistant Store Manager”. Since I’ve worked at Target in the past, I of course knew what ETLs do, but I’ve never heard of one called an “assistant store manager”. Is this just another name for an ETL? Is it like an assistant STL?

ETL is an assistant store manager. it's just the title that they plugged into the job posting so people would understand what it is they're actually applying for. that listing specifically just looks like a general listing for any ETL position.

 

[Fix It]

Target makes their job titles unmarketable to keep employees. Assistant Store Manager is what ETL actually is in real world titles
