Att-unpaid vacation

I requested sept 30th off weeks ahead of time and im pretty sure it was approved; however, when I checked my time right now it says that I was scheduled anyway, but at the very bottom it says “att-unpaid vacation”
So does this mean I got the vacation and they just messed up or does this mean it wasn’t approved?

It was approved and they ignored it or didn't see it and scheduled you anyway. Follow up with whomever makes your schedule and inform them of the mistake so they can correct it. Since it was approved, it should not fall to you to cover the shift.
