Attendance Point System

Has anyone heard about Target using a point system for attendance, sort of like how Wal Mart does where if you call out, you would get a point and also for latest and such.

I heard the DC does it, but heard from an ETL HR that stores will start using this system too.

Nothing I've heard. Only know a new scheduling software system is about to roll out. Honestly as a TL Id rather have a point system so I don't have to enter all these conversations in Workday.

It’s rumored yes, nothing confirmed 100%. We are changing the scheduling system over the next 6 months and supposedly it’s apart of this. So far all we’ve been told is the scheduling system is getting overhauled as well as performance management documentation. It’s easy to assume we are headed to a point system.

Is this a move away from Workday?
