Hey Guys, I was a casual user several years ago, but now I am back again. March will be 5 years with the company for me. I have been a lot of things for target, Sales floor mostly, some instocks, some cart attendant, some guest service, most recently electronics again, and as of today i will be the Fixture Captain for my store during our up coming p-fresh remodel. So, if anybody has any suggestions for Fixture Captain then I would greatly appreciate them.
Thanks!

As to suggestions for the Fixture Captain I recommend:
a) going out for drinks with your signing specialist -- the better you guys work together, the better for all.
b) get a whip and beat anybody who just drops dren in the fixture room and doesn't put it where it belongs.
c) sort your trucks, inventory your pallets.

This...

I hate how crappy my fixture room gets because of other people who drop crap in there. I had my PTL start a recognition program for TM's who specifically branded the room. It actually turned out really well, (every month I had a drawing from those GTC's that resulted in a $10 Sbx card) and actually helped us manage a poor performer (he was caught tossing fixtures onto the ground from a ladder by a TM who went in to clean up their mess).

Thanks for the great idea.
GTC for you.
