Hey guys i just got hired at target and am waiting on my background check... i have a possession of marijuana charge that was over a yr old and was a misdemeanor. Will that effect me from getting the job? I was up front with the manager and she said i should be fine but that doesn't stop me from still being nervous. Has anybody with that charge or worse been hired?

What email ?
They send you an email telling you when orientation is , that's how ill know if i got hired or not.

The email might not have the correct date, though, depending on when HR schedules you for orientation.
