Target announces major change to accepted forms of payment

The move comes following other recent changes Target has made, including adding limitations to the retailer's self-checkout policy.

I can't imagine the theft at the SCO's. I use it at the local grocery store. There are attendants. Several young kids not paying too much attention. If you look smooth, act smooth it's easy to steal.
