I overheard a tm say they couldn't get promoted for a year...result of corrective action? Something else?

My understanding is that you can't get promoted or switch work centers while on corrective action.

If same team member had to be talked to about the same issue while on cca....final notice? Termination? Slap on wrist?

Depends on how much they like them. I know a TM on CA who continues to do the same thing that got them on the CA....the whole store knows it...and they don't care to push the issue, so the TM keeps getting to do it. It's all rather odd.
