Archived BTS tips and tricks-how to survive?

Three vehicles seem to work best:

1) Dually-located. To be worked in BTS first, then moved to stationery. Send to backstock.
2) Stationery-located only. To be worked in stationery. Send to backstock.
3) BTS-located only. To be worked in BTS. Send to backstock.

We try to keep everything as organized as possible (writing utensils, folders, etc.) and leave it to backroom to backstock. If we send it back proper, we expect it pulled proper.

ALSO, our leadership is going to want to flex as soon as possible, so it's possible that these vehicles will just get sent back to the line and re-worked over the course of BTS. In which case, just write what it is on a piece of paper and the date last worked.

Don't forget to use rubber bands for the pens, pencils etc. before placing them in a repack for backstock

• Pray that Target doesn't do the cardboard displays this year.
• Find out they do the cardboard displays this year.
• Stay away from seasonal.

I asked the ETL-HL if we have a plan for FF if people use it for school supplies. She said she had not thought of that. Oh boy...

1) Come to my store for a week during BTS.
2) Take detailed notes of how we run this seasonal process.
3) Don't do anything we're doing. It doesn't work.

They had every BODY in the store pushing for a solid two hours for two days in the morning to get it on the floor. Roughly 12 - 15 people including ETL's.
