Normal call outs won't trigger anything because you are on corrective action. If your call outs are considered excessive and would have triggered their own ca then that would be added onto the one you already have.

I was on a final due to excessive lateness and had to call out sick. Didn’t get let go since during my final, I was coming into work on time and they see the improvement I was makinv. My call out wasn’t excessive so I think me calling out once or twice during my final was not enough for me to finally get fired.
