Is it possible to actually come back from being put on a final?

Yes. I think they write you up to fix you and make you better at your job. If they see you are fixing what they are complaining about then you can make a turn around. If it is personal or a personality conflict then no.

YES. Tread carefully - for an entire year. Do NOT commit the SAME infraction again.
from personal experience....been there, done that. Also, SOMETIMES a change in leadership re-sets the clock too.

I think it largely depends on your stores leadership. If your store wants to keep you, yes. If your store is looking for reasons to get rid of you...good luck.

Yes but be careful someone might just give you the axe just because they don't think you can change even if you do. Keep your resume handy you never know when you might need. Or apply for other jobs.

While i was in school i was on 2 finals at the same time and im now a TL so it is possible just dont mess up for a year. Im sure this is highly dependent on the tm and the leadership though

If you get to a final for performance, it will be difficult. You presumably had chances to improve but didn't. If you really want to keep your job, tell people. Tell your TL, and ask exactly what you need to do to get through the next year. Then, do it.
