I'm Lost! Can't get hired at Target

I applied at two different target and in both i applied to 3 different position. But both said they don't have a role that matches my preferences but when I applied to both target I click on every role online and put I can work any time of the day of the week. At my old job I was a lead receiving for 2 years, also works on sales floor. So I feel like am qualified. I also put I can work part time if no full time position available. But keep getting denied. In my resume i also put my brother is a pml at Target. But am not applying at the same store as he working at. So I don't know what to do I really want to make a carrier out of target. But am having no luck

I was rejected three times before I finally got an interview. Open availability, tons of experience. Undeterred, I just kept applying and finally hit at just the right time. Keep trying, but in the meantime keep your options open about other jobs as well. Good luck!

Can't get hired at the spot good. You take that experience as lead to warehouse or bank or somewhere it's appreciated. You can make so much more money/have more hours and have better benefits elsewhere.
