anyone know how to turn the light on the quickart m3?

also as a side note, i dont get how anyone can do 25 carts at a time max.. at my target its just way to unproductive to have so few. we usually have about 40

The light might actually be out itself. Im sure the lights always suppose to be on.

Are you talking about the flashing strobe light? That's supposed to come on as soon as you power it up & put it in motion.
If not, tell your SFT.
