Hey guys, wondering if you ever were cashiering and scanned the guests cartwheel and it said "cartwheel id not found" what does that mean? Ive manually taken the percent off (if they have the right items and they have it on their phones as proof)
 
If you have any issues at the register, just ask your gstl. On cartwheel, you have select the item & finalized it on the my cartwheel option. If you refer to your cashier training manuals, almost every question you asked is there. Also, by searching our threads for answers, you find them there too.
 
I think we've seen that once or twice. I believe we solved it by punching in that long number underneath the cartwheel barcode. Likely the scanner didn't pick up the barcode correctly, so punching in the numbers takes care of that.
 
Sometimes I'll scan it and lets say the guest has an item that is expiring today and sometimes it won't take the item off.
