So I'm a flow TM and the two TL's that are above me and my ETL-LOG have recently told me they like how I work and that's why they let me stay longer and close to a 40 hours weekly. I told them I would like to learn a lot more of the store and be very versatile. I told them I would like to get trained in Electronics (Flow Overnight) and cashiering, here just to use the swap board to get more hours when it gets slow.
Today I got trained, 30 minutes cashiering. I have some questions about it:
How should I approach and/or ask for Red Cards? (Just after asking 'Did you find everything ok?' but before I press total)
What else should I know about cashiering?
Same goes for Flow-Electronics, what do I need to know? Etc etc
