Archived Changing Availability

I've been at Target for 10 months now and have had open availability the whole time. I recently got another job opportunity to do security at an abandoned building, 3 nights a week, for the remainder of the year. The building is being demolished in December so come January the job will be over and I will go back to open availability.

I know ASANTS but my question is, in general, does Target usually approve changes in availability without question or do they give a hard time?

Needs of the business. If it won't be too much trouble to fill the shifts otherwise given to you, it's likely they'd approve it. Your TL will consider the duration of the new availability and how it'll affect their 4th quarter as well.

Talk to your TL.
