Hey guys, so school is starting for me next week and I'm considering adjusting my availability. At the moment, I've just felt overwhelmed and burned out and I figured it's just too much right now to go try and find another job while finish this last semester, so I was gonna stick it out at Target.
My question is how do I shape my availability so that it meets the needs of Target and I actually get scheduled versus wasting my time and not getting scheduled properly. Should I check when the peak hours are for each day and go from there?
With school, it's just rough trying to close on the weekdays because by the time I get home, I have almost no energy to finish my homework.
