Archived Changing Job Codes in myTime

HRTMs I've got a quick question: how do you change someone's primary/secondary job code in myTime?

My ETL-Food wants some of her TMs primary job codes changed, and to add secondary job codes to others so that they are pulled while scheduling in myTime. I tried to find it this morning but I was not able to find out where I can change or add job codes. I asked my ETL-HR and she didn't know either (she's pretty new in role so it's understandable).

That may be true. I was just curious if I do.

As in main cashier secondary GS. I would much prefer my main to be GS but I haven't asked about that yet.

No, only HR can see it. You can ask your hrtm to look it up, you might not have one since it's assigned by HR and we don't really use it

Universal Change Forms or is there a quicker way to do it? In myTime is it under myTeam? Sorry, I tried searching all over WorkBench to find a reference guide but I only found FAQs and other documents that didn't actually explain how to change the job codes.

To key secondary work centers open the daily schedule grid in myTime and on the right side click on team member settings, from there you will see the option for adding the secondary work centers

Also, if you just want to see what secondary jobs are already keyed on one big list, you can run the availability report for the store and it'll list them as a data column on it.
