"hundreds of millions of additional payroll hours"? Yeah, right. That said, I'll say that my store looks WAY better than the photos. And if I went into a store that looked like that vitamin store (in the article posted by @Ringwraith917), I'd immediately walk back out again. That was truly awful.

To be fair, my store has had an increase of payroll the past several months. That might have to do with our recent remodel, but that was done by June.
