Hey I was wondering if any of you guys knew the prizes so to speak for the conversion cash you get from signing people up for red cards

Sounds right to me. We do stuff like that at our store too.

Yup, sounds like a RedCard encouragement deal with the cashiers. Talk to your TL about it, not all stores do that.
