I am srtl looking to transfer into the Dallas market can anyone tell me how the market is and how the moral and dustrict and group leaders are?

The DTL has high expectations and really pushes their STLs and ETLs to meet those expectations. Last I heard everyone loves that DTL though. They can be intimidating, but if you're willing to work hard and hold your team to high expectations then you will fit in great! Green district, green stores.

Thank you sigma my stl and DTL are the same.. I'm just trying to get all the info I an on the markets in that area because I was told there were like 3 districts in Dallas alone and I'm trying to promote
