Archived Dealing with difficult guests

Not sure what the point of having a "return by" date if there isn't anyone going to enforce it. You won't find me doing it, but if the LOD does, I'll be okay hehe.

Our "guests" are becoming more and more difficult by the minute. As the store close approaches it's harder to be nice to the really assholey ones.

So many of our regulars have been wonderful but the semi regulars who never got a red card can all go fuck off, as can the cheap jerks looking for liquidation. Our entire staff has been stressed and having to deal with monsters who are abusive because we're not giving shit away. It's like every guest is a difficult guest.

The greedy vultures want an easy meal and are ready to pluck the flesh off the body while the heart is still beating. Just keep a level head, give a little shit back when you can.

I maintain very well, I only snarked off a few times and it wasn't really bad. My TLs have gotten way worse and sometimes have to step off the floor to avoid punching a bitch.
